Refund Policy -
We, at MSc Abroad, firmly believe in the principle of conducting fair business while indulging in ethical practices on just and equitable terms and conditions, while also being mindful of delivering high quality value to our clients. Moreover, our refund policy is very straightforward and consists of two refund windows.
Refund Windows -
The moment we onboard a client, they automatically get access to two refund windows, one of which begins the day the client begins engaging with our services monetarily, i.e., after paying for the set of services that we shall be providing them within the next 6-8 months. This particular refund window lasts for about 10 days, during which we offer the client the opportunity to analyze our services, observe the working style, and learn about the process in practical capacity. During those 10 days, at any point in time, the client feels that we aren’t doing justice to their candidature and comes up with a cogent and genuine concern which, we at MSc Abroad aren’t able to resolve timely, in that very case, owing to our failure to deliver what we committed to, realizing our lack of judgment or skill, we offer 100% refund to the client which results in dissolving our association with the them.
The second refund window begins after the first one ends, and lasts till the time our client either gets/or doesn’t get an admission to the university they are targeting with us. During that span of time, in case:
A. We end up missing a particular deadline
B. Mis-inform our clients about something of grave importance that has the potential to jeopardize their chances of getting an admission into a particular university, or
D. Deliberately compromise the prospects of our client into a particular university for our personal and hidden commercial interest,
In that scenario, we offer a 50% refund of the total payment that the client might have paid to us at the very beginning of our association.
